  • Analytics data: We use Google Analytics to collect anonymised usage statistics including pages visited, session duration, device type, and referral source.

  • Service delivery: Answering calls, generating transcriptions and summaries, sending SMS notifications.
  • Call recordings: Stored securely for your retrieval via the dashboard and used for product improvement, AI model training, and service optimisation.
